Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading the accounting, IT, Purchasing and Reimbursement Services divisions.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) – As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Operating Officer will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall operational management of the company. The COO will be responsible for the day to day effective and efficient delivery of safe, high quality patient services across the company including the achievement of all performance standards. Assists the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance and growth of the company.
Respiratory Therapist ($1500 Sign-On Bonus) – Respiratory Therapists are responsible for delivery, setup and education of respiratory equipment while providing efficient and high-quality patient care. RRT/CRT and Current NM RCP license required. Also requires a clean driving record.
Medicare Customer Service Representative – Homecare or medical office experience preferred but not required. Excellent telephone/communication skills, attention to detail, multi-task oriented and basic computer knowledge required.
Patient Supply Coordinator – Responsible for working with patients, caregivers and health plans to ensure monthly supplies are provided to patients. Excellent telephone/communication skills, attention to detail, multi-task oriented and basic computer knowledge required.
Care Coordination Liaison – Responsible for the daily coordination of medical equipment deliveries to acute care hospital facilities, chronic care facilities and physician group practices in our Albuquerque territory. Selling HME Specialists’ services into these accounts will also be required. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to work independently. DME industry knowledge is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have a clean driving record. This is a full time position that requires working weekends.
Field Service Technician – Delivery and set up of home medical equipment. Must be able to lift. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must have a clean driving record.
Fill Plant Technician – This position fills medical gas cylinders and truck mounted vessels. Performs analytical testing on all products. Complies with all FDA, DOT requirements. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required. Experience with cylinders product preferred but not required.
Reimbursement Representative – Medical billing/collections experience preferred. Medical insurance knowledge a plus. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must be knowledgeable in Excel.
Patient Pay Representative – Patient pay, accounts receivable, ability to process denials, cash posting, ability to read EOB’s and familiarity with insurance claims preferred. Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail and be multi-task oriented. Must be knowledgeable in Excel.
Accounting Assistant – Accounting Assistant is responsible for overseeing vendor invoices from entry to payment, managing bank deposits, all banking transactions and assisting the Director of Finance and Accounting Team as needed. Minimum two years of related experience or training. Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software preferred.

Equipment Processing Technician – This position is responsible for cleaning and processing medical equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to list 60 pounds repetitively. Must have a clean driving record.
