IT INTERN – Part Time

  • First line support for all IT questions
  • Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
  • Respond and work on tickets assigned.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Tier 1 hardware, software, and related issues.
  • Communication with ticket owners about status updates on tickets.
  • Triage and route tickets for Tier 2 agents.
  • Install or repair company software.
  • Manage the company’s computer equipment, network equipment, applications, phones, and similar systems.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Create new or review existing computer policies.
  • Be able to work independently and manage their own duties when necessary.
