HME Specialists is the largest home medical equipment, medical supplies, and services provider in the region. HME Specialists has an immediate opportunity for an Account Representative in the El Paso, TX market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call on high potential healthcare providers such as physicians, RN Case Managers, and other sales targets in assigned territory as determined by Regional Sales Manager
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals for assigned territory.
  • Develop new customer targets in order to achieve referrals from accounts that have minimal to

no referral history with HME Specialists. * Establish and maintain relationships with existing referral sources within assigned territory.

  • Schedule and conduct in-services on key products and services for clinics, post-acute facilities, and hospitals within assigned territory.
  • Track sales calls using a CRM application as well as maintain accurate records on prospective

and active sales targets and accounts. * Understand and communicate information to referral sources relative to Medicare
Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. * Assist headquarters with sales orders as necessary; confirm patient order documentation and
payor information. * Work closely with referral sources to resolve grievances.

  • Perform other duties as directed by Regional Sales Manager.Qualifications:
  • Education and experience equivalent to a four-year BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1- 3 years of related outside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Existing relationships with major hospitals/health systems in the territory is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply information quickly as well as interpret insurance needs and offer

appropriate customer solutions. * Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a team selling environment.
  • Geographically located within or within local proximity to assigned territory.
