I had to go through the lengthy and frustrating process of getting “back in the system” after being a CPAP user since the mid 80’s. Jumping through all of the legal hoops over a period of some six plus months made this old man exceedingly grumpy at times as I questioned why I had to be treated like a “newbie.”
Finally the day came when I was going to meed my new machine. From the time I arrived at your West side facility until the time I left with my new appliance in hand I was treated professionally and given every opportunity to ask any questions that was on my mind. It was obvious to me that HME wanted me to be a happy and healthy client.
As a business owner I am sensitive to customer service. Please know that the customer service I received the other day made me a happy client after enduring those months of frustrating appointments. Job well done!
